This Kratos Refrigeration 69K-830 Commercial Refrigerated Equipment Stand is a great solution for working with heavy equipment. Measuring 31 9/10"L x 62"W x 26"H, this chef base has a 8.8 cubic ft. total capacity. It features (2) drawers, which can each hold (2) half-length pans and (2) two-third pans. Forced-air refrigeration provides an efficient cooling system, while the insulated top, sides, and doors prevent heat transfer from the cabinet interior. An exterior-mounted thermometer provides easy-to-read temperature monitoring. This equipment stand also features an automatic defrosting system to prevent ice crystals and build-up. Recessed drawer handles ensure easy operation. Each chef base includes 5" casters and a 9.5 ft. cord and plug.
