This Kratos Refrigeration 69K-829 Commercial Refrigerated Equipment Stand is a great solution for working with heavy equipment. Measuring 31 9/10"L x 50"W x 26"H, this chef base has a 6.5 cubic ft. total capacity. It features (2) drawers, which can each hold (2) full-size pans. Forced-air refrigeration provides an efficient cooling system, while the insulated top, sides, and doors prevent heat transfer from the cabinet interior. An exterior-mounted thermometer provides easy-to-read temperature monitoring. This equipment stand also features an automatic defrosting system to prevent ice crystals and build-up. Recessed drawer handles ensure easy operation. Each chef base includes 5" casters and a 9.5 ft. cord and plug.
