Its unique curved blade hugs ears of corn so butter melts directly on the hot corn without chasing a melted mess around the plate. The curved blade also forms pats of butter, and decorative butter curls and spheres. Simply drag the blade tip across the surface of the butter for butter curls and scoop in complete circles for spheres.
