This round rethermalizer is able to keep the cuisine at a constant temperature for long periods of time. The unit uses a gentle, moist heat when warming to maintain the taste and texture of foods. This round rethermalizer is powered by 120V, 800 Watts, 6.7 Amps with a 5-15P NEMA plug. The Vollrath® device can be used to heat prepared dishes from a frozen or refrigerated state. This round rethermalizer is able to hold up to 11 quarts within the 12 5/8" x 9 5/8" (Dia x H) area.
