It has a 30 Qt. total capacity and includes a 304 series stainless steel bowl, along with a dough hook, flat beater, and stainless steel wire whip. Its powerful 1 1/2 HP motor is gear-driven and has (3) adjustable speeds. This mixer also features easy to use on/off buttons, with speed control and manual bowl lift. It includes a #12 attachment hub, which accepts most #12 attachments, such as meat grinders and food processors.
