This half size modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. The modular size lets you mix and match with additional sizes (sold separately) to create a display that meets your needs.

This crock lid is specially designed to cover a container made Expressly for Hubert. The cover will fit a rectangular 10"W x 12"L container. It flips open for easy access to food product. This crock lid will cover a 6 2/3"W x 12"L rectangular container on a cold food display. The cover attaches with a stainless steel sleeve to the side of the container. It has a notch to allow for a serving utensil and still close. The polycarbonate lid attaches to the crock with an s/s clip. This crock lid protects the food while easily viewed for your selection.
